Terms

Terms of Use

These terms govern use of aiomi's website and services.

1. Scope

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) apply to the websites operated by aiomi and the services provided by aiomi (collectively, the “Services”). If separate terms apply to a particular Service, those terms take precedence over these Terms.

2. Use of the Services

You must use the Services in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws. You must also follow any age, usage, system, or other conditions specified for an individual Service.

3. Prohibited conduct

You must not:

  • Violate any law or public policy.
  • Infringe the rights, interests, reputation, or credit of aiomi or any third party.
  • Interfere with the operation of the Services or place an excessive burden on servers or networks.
  • Gain unauthorized access, reverse engineer, or otherwise impair the security or functionality of the Services.
  • Violate these Terms or terms specific to a Service.
  • Engage in any other conduct that aiomi considers inappropriate.

4. Intellectual property

Intellectual property rights in the Services and their text, images, software, design, and other content belong to aiomi or the applicable rights holders. Except as permitted by law or with the rights holder's permission, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, redistribute, or otherwise use that material.

5. Changes, suspension, and termination

aiomi may change, suspend, or discontinue all or part of a Service when needed for maintenance, incident response, or other operational reasons. Where possible, aiomi will give notice in advance; in an emergency, notice may be given afterward.

6. Disclaimer

aiomi does not guarantee that the Services are accurate, complete, uninterrupted, or fit for a particular purpose. Except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, aiomi is not liable for damages arising from the use or unavailability of the Services.

7. Changes to these Terms

aiomi may change these Terms in accordance with applicable law when the change is in the general interests of users or is reasonable in light of its necessity, the content of the change, and other relevant circumstances. aiomi will announce the changes and their effective date on the Services or by another appropriate method.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. For disputes relating to the Services or these Terms, the Tokyo District Court shall be the agreed court of jurisdiction for the first instance. However, if the Consumer Contract Act or any other applicable law provides otherwise, that law shall apply.
